Community Forum: Zoning Amendment

July 20, 2022: The City will hold a hybrid (in-person and Zoom) Community Forum focusing on upcoming zoning amendments and objective design standards for residential development projects implementing the recently adopted General Plan.
The forum will include an overview of housing challenges in the City and region, State laws addressing housing production, and the City’s existing regulations and processes.
