Public Review Housing Element
The Fourth Public Review Draft Housing Element, which includes revisions (highlighted in red text and yellow), addressing comments from the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), is now available for public review. You can access the Housing Element here.
To provide specific feedback on this draft, kindly complete this form and include your comments. Please submit your feedback by January 15, 2024. The City will review all public comments and incorporate them into the revised Housing Element, which will then be sent to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for review and consideration of certification.
