June 29, 2022: The Zoning Advisory Group (ZAG) is holding its first meeting from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held on Zoom (video conferencing) and the public is invited to attend.
July 19, 2022: The City will hold a joint study session with the City Council and Planning Commission about the Objective Design Standards project and discuss zoning and design approaches to facilitate housing production pursuant to State law.
July 20, 2022: The City will hold a hybrid (in-person and Zoom) Community Forum focusing on upcoming zoning amendments and objective design standards for residential development projects implementing the recently adopted General Plan.
